LEVELS OF COVER

Conventional / Condensing Boiler

Annual Breakdown
Siver Plan

• This provides annual protection for your boiler, controls and system as follows:
• Boiler (including all component parts within);
• Time control (excluding energy management systems);
• Above ground internal pipe work, easily accessible and contained within the fabric of the building;
• Standard indirect hot water cylinder & expansion tank;
• Water circulating pump and motorised valves(s);
• Cylinder and room thermostat;
• Radiators and radiator valves.

Gold Plan

• This provides the same protection as the Silver plan, plus:
• Annual Boiler service carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and current statutory regulations.
• Platinum Plan
• This provides the same protection as the Gold plan, plus:
• Annual gas safety check on all gas appliances owned in the property to let and hold a valid gas safety certificate.

Extended Breakdown

- New Installations

• This provides protection for your boiler, controls and system for all new installations, for 3 years for a conventional boiler and 2 years for a condensing boiler, (including manufacturers guarantee), as follows:
• Boiler (including all component parts within);
• Time control (excluding energy management systems);
• Above ground internal pipe work, easily accessible and contained within the fabric of the building;
• Standard indirect hot water cylinder & expansion tank;
• Water circulating pump and motorised valves(s);
• Cylinder and room thermostat;
• Radiators and radiator valves.

Combination Boiler

-Silver Plan

• This provides annual protection for your boiler, controls and system as follows:
• Boiler (including all component parts within);
• Time control (excluding energy management systems);
• Above ground internal pipe work, easily accessible and contained within the fabric of the building;
• Room thermostat;
• Radiators and radiator valves.

-Gold Plan

• This provides the same protection as the Silver plan, plus:
• Annual Boiler service carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and current statutory regulations.

- Platinum Plan

• This provides the same protection as the Gold plan, plus :
• Annual gas safety check on all gas appliances owned in the property to let and hold a valid gas safety certificate.
